Who You Are
The Spaceship Company (TSC) is seeking first rate highly qualified aircraft manufacturing supervisor to lead our composite part fabrication team on our Weekend Shift of our dynamic Production Team. Weekend Shift receives a 10% pay differential!! This role is for hands-on people with great attention to detail and excellent people skills. The first task will be to quickly learn and understand the unique part fabrication processes and lead a team of highly skilled composite technicians in a fast paced environment. This supervisory position will help refine and improve the production processes, equipment, and tools in order to create an efficient, organized, and lean factory. Each supervisor works hands-on alongside shop floor personnel to produce top quality aircraft and spaceships, and contribute to process improvement using lean processes and tools.
