Who You Are
TSC is seeking a first-rate aerospace Group Lead Stress Analysis Engineer with experience in leading vehicle stress analysis, repairs, and production manufacturing. The first task of this role will be to review stress reports and finite element models developed by TSC engineering to assess the airworthiness of current flight test vehicles. The second task will be to lead a small team of stress analysts in support of continued safe operation of the vehicle and to identify weight savings opportunities. The lead stress analyst is ultimately responsible for ensuring the vehicle structural design meets the customer mission requirements with positive margins of safety.
